📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role. • Show proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles. • Stay comfortable owning multiple pipelines at once. • Understand how to find and engage passive technical talent. • Stay curious, proactive, and motivated to keep improving how you work and bring new ideas. • Be data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance and decision-making.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent. • Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk roles across multiple pipelines. • Identify, engage, and nurture both active and passive candidates across the market. • Partner closely with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine search approaches. • Build and maintain strong, well-structured talent pipelines within the ATS (Ashby). • Conduct market mapping and talent research to support hiring strategy and pipeline planning. • Track sourcing activity and provide insights on pipeline health, market trends, and conversion rates. • Contribute to improving sourcing processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
