People Business Partner - GTM

• Join the People Team to support Supabase's remote GTM organisations as the company continues to scale in size, complexity, and commercial maturity. • Bring a thoughtful people lens to how teams scale, how leaders lead, and how a high-trust, high-accountability culture is maintained in a fast-moving remote environment. • Work closely with GTM leaders and teams across a globally distributed organisation.

• Bring 5–10+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in high-growth tech environments, specifically supporting distributed GTM teams. • Be comfortable working in remote-first or globally distributed environments and operating asynchronously. • Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences with strong instincts for written communication. • Have experience in org design, performance management, and coaching senior leaders without being heavy-handed. • Be energised by solving real-world problems and making sound decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. • Be comfortable navigating and operating in remote-first, open-source operating cultures with experience in self-serve, commercial, and enterprise motions.

• Have experience scaling people practices and programmes in a developer-tools or open-source company specifically. • Bring experience collaborating cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, and Finance on GTM and Engineering organisation initiatives. • Have experience managing employee relations proactively across multiple regions and time zones. • Have experience supporting both GTM and Engineering organisations simultaneously.

• Partner with functional and executive leadership to navigate org design, performance, and day-to-day people decisions. • Coach managers and leaders to improve support, consistency, and judgement across their teams. • Maintain and champion a high-trust, high-accountability culture within a globally distributed environment. • Scale people practices and programmes thoughtfully without overbuilding unnecessary or heavy-handed processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment on GTM and Engineering organisation initiatives. • Manage employee relations and team health proactively to ensure the GTM and Engineering organisations remain healthy, effective, and world-class.
