Recruiter, Enterprise Sales

• Shape and impact how fast Datadog grows, how the company is viewed, and the experience every candidate has along the way. • Take responsibility for finding the best talent and act as the face of recruiting at Datadog. • Be the first point of contact for new candidates, identifying strong applicants, telling the Datadog story, and turning great candidates into great employees. • Work from either the Dublin or London office as part of Datadog's hybrid workplace.

• Have 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, either in-house or in a staffing agency environment. • Master sourcing and know where top talent lives. • Work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously. • Sell a value proposition, negotiate, and close great candidates. • Operate with a sense of urgency at every stage of the recruiting cycle. • Navigate an ever-changing process successfully.

• Have hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system. • Have recruited for enterprise sales or other commercial teams. • Have hired into a fast-growing technology company. • Have trained or coached interview panels to improve hiring quality.

• Find qualified talent for open roles through sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies. • Screen candidates to make sure their qualifications match the open roles. • Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes. • Follow up with and bring closure to every interviewed candidate. • Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates. • Improve the recruitment process by training interview teams. • Use Greenhouse to track candidates through the funnel, resurface existing talent, and keep data clean for reporting. • Give candidates an excellent interview experience regardless of the outcome.
