• Find qualified talent through sourcing, job posts, referrals and agencies. • Screen candidates to match their qualifications to open roles. • Design and streamline interview processes with leadership. • Follow up with and close out every interviewed candidate. • Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates. • Train interview teams to improve the recruiting process. • Track candidates in Greenhouse and keep data clean for reporting. • Give every candidate an excellent experience, whatever the outcome.
