• Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's 10 engineering teams as a specialist engineering recruiter with full autonomy over the hiring process. • Source, engage, and recruit senior product engineers in London's highly competitive market, building and maintaining a warm pipeline of passive candidates. • Make high-impact, high-visibility hires that directly influence the company's trajectory.

• Bring at least 5 years of engineering hiring experience in total. • Have 3+ years in an engineering-focused recruitment agency. • Have 2+ years in-house at a respected, fast-paced London tech startup dedicated to engineering hiring. • Hold experience scaling an engineering team from around 20 to over 100 engineers. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of London's competitive engineering market. • Have credible, informed conversations with senior and staff-level product engineers about why Omnea is worth their time.
