📋 Job Requirements
• Bring extensive experience designing and leading People Operations and Technology strategies at scale.
• Move comfortably between high-level organisational design and hands-on detail.
• Know people infrastructure inside and out, from payroll and global mobility to enterprise HRIS.
• Navigate global, matrixed environments with confidence.
• Partner with VPs and the C-suite and turn complex challenges into clear business narratives.
• Know GDPR, data privacy, localised payroll rules and international employment compliance.
• Lead and develop technical experts and SMEs as an inspiring people leader.
• Be based in the UK.

• Mature people analytics to deliver high-quality and predictive insights for leadership.
• Manage relationships and budgets with external tech vendors and operational partners.
• Uphold strong governance and controls across payroll, mobility and systems.
• Oversee the review of Monzo’s global payroll infrastructure and operations.
