AI Solutions Lead

• Join Omnea’s Solutions & Implementation team as an early hire on the customer team. • Own end-to-end deployment of the Omnea platform for some of Europe’s most recognisable companies. • Run 3–5 enterprise deployments at once, each at a different stage. • Direct AI agents to build first-draft workflow configurations and integration mappings, then validate every output. • Apply the judgement AI can’t, from approval policies to regional compliance rules and internal politics. • Be measured on time to launch, post-go-live CSAT, and whether customers become case studies or references. • Work from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Bring 4–8 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-bar environment such as a startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or your own venture. • Direct AI tools to produce first-draft work and use strong judgement to catch what’s wrong. • Write clear, specific instructions and evaluate what comes back. • Bring client-facing experience, or the natural gravitas to excel at it, including going well beyond client expectations. • Show a track record of doing something exceptionally well in work, academia, sport, or another pursuit. • Reason confidently about system architecture, including data models, primary keys, and integration sequencing across enterprise systems. • Build real relationships at every level, from junior analysts to CFOs, and handle pushback and stakeholder politics. • Run rooms of cross-functional stakeholders, including the CPO, Legal, Finance, AP, InfoSec, and Compliance. • Move easily between detailed configuration work and big-picture executive conversations. • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. • Stay highly organised while running several enterprise deployments at once. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

• Bring prior experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor. • Bring experience configuring or chaining AI agents into multi-step workflows. • Bring experience running multi-day onsite workshops with large enterprise stakeholder groups. • Bring experience deploying procurement, finance, or other enterprise workflow software. • Consider the Solutions Associate role instead if you have less experience. • Note in your application if you’d like to opt out of AI note-takers during interviews.

• Run discovery with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders and translate their process into an Omnea configuration. • Design target workflows, including approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and procurement edge cases. • Own integration sequencing on complex deployments, deciding sources of truth and how records reconcile across systems. • Define success criteria and a realistic path to go-live with the customer’s project sponsor. • Configure and chain specialised AI agents, such as intake and risk agents, into systems that hand off cleanly. • Write agent specs that hold up across a chain, where one agent’s output becomes another’s input. • Validate every AI-generated output against the customer’s process, policy, and edge cases before it ships. • Present configured workflows to stakeholders from analysts to CFOs and win their buy-in. • Run multi-day onsite workshops coordinating dozens of stakeholders across multiple workstreams. • Project-manage deployments, including timelines, blockers, and stakeholder alignment. • Track adoption after go-live and keep configurations working as customer processes evolve. • Work with Product and Engineering during design to shape what gets built next.
