💼 What you will do

• Join Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, as a Customer Business Analyst in the Customer Success team. • Help insurers and brokers get more from an AI-powered insurance platform. • Lead client discovery workshops and turn business needs into clear requirements. • Design and optimise AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies. • Take real ownership in a team invested in your growth. • Work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with London as an optional hub.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring proven business analysis experience in the insurance sector, such as underwriting, claims, policy administration or distribution. • Run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders. • Challenge established thinking constructively. • Bring hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows. • Understand how LLMs behave and where their limits are. • Write and speak to a high standard. • Be based in the UK.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Speak multiple languages fluently, alongside English. • Bring experience with analytics tools such as ThoughtSpot. • Show experience working in agile delivery teams. • Bring experience leading UAT for compliance-sensitive flows.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Support the client delivery team with sprint planning, backlog refinement and risk identification. • Lead client discovery workshops and find ways for Cytora to add value. • Turn client needs into requirements, user stories and process designs. • Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints and exception scenarios early. • Manage in-depth product performance reporting using tools such as ThoughtSpot. • Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies. • Use AI to automate repetitive analysis and speed up documentation. • Own test strategy, acceptance criteria and UAT, including AI output validation. • Monitor live solutions and improve them through iteration.
