Program Manager, Scale Onboarding

• Join Figma’s Customer Onboarding team as Program Manager for Scale Onboarding, based in London. • Build and deliver an onboarding experience for a high volume of commercial customers. • Help leadership design what scale onboarding looks like at Figma. • Expand onboarding programmes to support international sales teams. • Use metrics and customer feedback to shape new initiatives and materials. • Act as a trusted advisor to a large book of customers.

• Bring 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. • Show experience guiding customers through onboarding or implementation of technical products. • Manage many customers at once and drive successful outcomes across programmes. • Bring strong time management and organisation skills. • Speak confidently with customers across functions and seniority levels. • Show experience building and leading large customer webinars with marketing. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Bring experience using Figma or working in UX/UI. • Thrive in a constantly evolving, growing environment. • Show a track record of adapting to new technologies and learning quickly.

• Own and manage scale onboarding programmes for a high volume of commercial customers. • Develop and champion the programme with sales, marketing and enablement teams. • Guide customer goals and drive a high volume of customers to onboarding closeout. • Build and optimise scalable programmes with Marketing, Operations and Sales. • Report on metrics and feedback to measure impact and spot new opportunities. • Create training and enablement content that accelerates product adoption. • Share product and industry best practices and inspire new use cases.
