Senior Delivery Manager (German Speaking)

• Join Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, as a German-speaking Senior Delivery Manager. • Lead successful deployments of an AI-powered insurance platform for insurers and brokers. • Use project management expertise to manage internal and external resources. • Set up deployments with the right governance and benefit measures from day one. • Manage a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer, reporting to the Head of Delivery. • Work remotely from the UK or Ireland, with London as an optional hub.

• Speak English and German fluently. • Bring proven experience in Agile project management. • Show a track record of managing multiple projects at once and delivering on time. • Solve problems proactively with strong critical thinking. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Understand technology well, especially AI and data science products. • Keep up with Agile practices and industry trends. • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Be based in the UK or Ireland.

• Bring successful remote working experience. • Hold an Agile certification such as CSM, TKP, KMP or KCP. • Show experience with distributed teams or AI and data science products. • Bring knowledge of the insurance industry.

• Make sure the team follows internal delivery best practices. • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. • Optimise team flow, resolve issues and build Agile capability. • Lead continual planning, from delivery through to post-launch support and benefits realisation. • Spot and resolve team dynamics issues and connect daily work to the product vision. • Improve delivery with Customer Success and the Product Lead. • Manage a Business Analyst and a Customer Engineer. • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
