Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA

• Join Webflow, the agentic web marketing platform, as a Senior Solutions Architect for EMEA. • Help customers build, launch and grow with Webflow through technical guidance and best practices. • Drive product adoption and reduce time to first value for new customers. • Help customers build in a scalable way so they can grow on Webflow for years. • Influence product direction by sharing customer feedback and trends. • Work from the London office 3 days a week, reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture.

• Bring 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise Webflow implementations or as a SaaS Solutions Architect. • Know, or quickly learn, front-end development with HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript. • Understand APIs, hosting and infrastructure, enterprise architecture and security. • Know CRO, digital marketing, SEO and UX/UI design concepts. • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. • Work autonomously and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Embrace AI and emerging technologies to work faster. • Hold the right to work in the UK.

• Bring hands-on experience building sites with Webflow. • Show experience migrating enterprise websites from other CMS platforms. • Bring experience building templates, integrations or reusable site examples. • Show experience running Voice of Customer or product feedback programmes.

• Launch new customers and drive product adoption with Sales and Customer Success. • Tailor launch strategies to each customer’s business needs. • Deepen strategic relationships with multiple customers alongside CSMs. • Provide consultative technical guidance and detailed implementation plans. • Gather product feedback and share insights through the Voice of Customer programme. • Build templates, integrations and site examples that make adopting Webflow easy.
