Despite their low Trustpilot rating, we actually love using Webflows products and are convinced they are a great place to work at. We love how they have democratised web development, enabling anyone to build beautiful, professional websites without writing code. Founded in 2013, Webflow is now valued at $4 billion and serves over 200,000 customers across 190 countries. What stands out to us is their genuine remote-first culture: the team is distributed, communication is async-first, and employees report healthy restrictions around working hours. Employees consistently describe the team as collaborative, low-ego, and highly autonomous. Founder Vlad Magdalin stepped into the Chief Innovation Officer role, while experienced executive Linda Tong took over as CEO, signalling a company that is maturing while remaining focused on innovation.
