Growth Associate

• Join a high-impact, high-context role on the Growth team, working closely with senior leaders to tackle some of the most important growth challenges at one of the UK's fastest growing AI-native consumer startups. • Own continuing to automate and scale a highly successful influencer programme treated as a high-performance growth engine with serious commercial targets. • Work on meaningful problems from day one, from exploring new acquisition channels to refining landing pages, supporting conversion optimisation, and building scrappy internal tools.

• Have prior experience in a growth, marketing, or customer acquisition role. • Bring experience with influencer marketing programmes or creator economy platforms. • Have experience building systems to automate manual processes. • Bring familiarity with data-led testing and experimentation frameworks. • Have experience with conversion optimisation or landing page testing. • Bring background in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Own continuing to automate and scale the influencer programme, building systems for sourcing, onboarding, briefing, and testing thousands of creators in a data-led, repeatable, and efficient way. • Build the systems that make the influencer growth engine scale against serious commercial targets. • Explore new acquisition channels and test entirely new growth bets. • Refine landing pages and messaging to support conversion optimisation. • Build scrappy internal tools to automate manual processes. • Streamline internal systems across the growth function. • Work closely with senior leaders across the business to tackle growth challenges.
