• Own Product Marketing end-to-end for one of Monzo's most important products, as a senior individual contributor.
• Join a discipline treated as global product-market fit rather than go-to-market, embedded in squads with PMs, Designers, and User Researchers.
• Act as the voice of the market across the UK, Ireland, Spain, and future markets.
• Partner closely with Integrated Marketing, who lead campaign and channel strategy, creative direction, and overall go-to-market approach.
• Choose between three Collectives: Core, home to Current Accounts, Joint Accounts, Pots, Subscriptions, and Savings Challenge; Borrowing, covering Flex, Loans, Credit Insights, Mortgages, and Overdrafts in the UK and across Europe; or Wealth, spanning Savings, Investments, Pensions, and Insurance.
• Discuss which of two available seniority levels fits you during the interview process.
• Work from the London office next to Liverpool Street on a hybrid basis, or remotely within the UK.

• Combine customer insight, market understanding, and commercial thinking to build products and propositions people genuinely love.
• Influence through collaboration, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers, and Integrated Marketing, bringing people with you through evidence rather than authority.
• Seek feedback and keep developing your craft.
• Contribute to making the team stronger by sharing knowledge and informally mentoring more junior team members.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Define a two to four quarter Product Marketing strategy connecting customer needs, market opportunity, and product direction into a clear plan.
• Own Product Marketing across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery through launches and iteration.
• Build a deep understanding of your customers, competitors, and category, using research, data, and experimentation to identify opportunities that shape product priorities.
• Create clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that helps customers understand why your product matters.
• Work with Product, Design, Writers, and Integrated Marketing so positioning stays consistent across the product experience and everything customers see.
• Shape product strategy alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers, with teams seeking your perspective before committing to product bets.
• Design launch strategies that fit the customer problem, partnering with Integrated Marketing on campaigns and coordinating across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
