📋 Job Requirements
• Have 5+ years of experience in SEO with strong on-page and technical foundations.
• Bring strong UX and CRO instincts, having improved website journeys through copy, interaction patterns, and information architecture to increase conversion.
• Operate AI-natively, doing the work in Claude or your AI tool of choice and automating workflows to ship faster without sacrificing quality.
• Show a track record of shipping high-quality landing pages that combine SEO best practices with product marketing and clear conversion paths into product.
• Partner comfortably with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on website improvements.
• Audit and optimise localised websites, improving performance and visibility across multi-language and geo-specific markets.
• Bring strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of UX and UI across mobile and desktop.
• Have experience with measurement and reporting tools such as Looker, GA4, or HubSpot, turning complex data into clear insights.
• Start things yourself with a strong bias for action, thriving where doing beats talking.
