Tech Recruiter

• Join Monzo's Hiring team as a Tech Recruiter, sourcing and hiring talented, diverse people into the tech recruitment team. • Work with Hiring Managers to structure and run great hiring processes from beginning to end, challenging their thinking and asking the right questions. • Care deeply about diversity, inclusiveness, and giving every candidate an amazing experience. • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working remotely from anywhere in the UK or from Monzo's London office, with flexible working hours.

• Have experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused companies, especially in tech. • Care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity. • Love sourcing and pride yourself on your resourcefulness. • Be empathetic, adaptable, and respectful of candidates' needs and priorities. • Adapt your approach to work with a range of stakeholders with different needs. • Be able to tell whether somebody has the skills needed without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.

• Have experience recruiting in-house at a startup or scale-up. • Have worked directly with senior stakeholders. • Bring experience using data to refine and improve hiring processes. • Have experience convincing top tech talent to join in a competitive hiring market. • Bring familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

• Work with Hiring Managers to identify what skills they're looking for and how best to assess them. • Run hiring processes from beginning to end and convince candidates to join Monzo. • Find the right candidates from a range of backgrounds and ensure they feel welcome at Monzo. • Move mountains in the background to make the hiring process effortless and pleasant for candidates. • Constantly refine hiring processes to make them simpler and more effective. • Use data to work out what's going well and where things could be better.
