• Join Monzo as Director of Product Design, leading design across Payments. • Shape one of Monzo’s most important, fast-evolving and multi-market business areas. • Lead and grow a team of Product Designers within a 115+ person design organisation. • Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders to set strategy and direction. • Help define the future of banking for millions of customers. • Earn £140,000–£165,000 plus equity, working remotely from anywhere in the UK.

📋 Job Requirements

• Show experience leading design strategy and vision across complex product areas. • Work at multiple altitudes, from long-term direction to high-quality execution. • Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Research and Commercial. • Influence senior stakeholders through clarity, insight and craft. • Bring a strong point of view on product design, quality and systems thinking. • Show a track record of building and leading high-performing design teams. • Scale design influence across an organisation beyond your own team. • Be based in the UK.
