Founding Product Designer, Bolter

• Bring experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products, ideally AI, productivity or chat tools. • Show experience significantly improving or rethinking an existing product. • Think in systems and interaction patterns rather than individual screens. • Bring strong product and design judgement. • Balance craft with speed and pragmatism. • Design comfortably while the product is still being defined. • Form clear opinions and adapt them when the evidence changes.

• Bring experience designing AI products. • Show experience with strong B2C or D2C productivity or chat experiences. • Bring experience building a design system from scratch. • Show experience helping shape an early design or product team.

• Lead a significant redesign of the Bolter product. • Build and own the design system from the ground up. • Define interaction patterns for creating, understanding and steering AI agents. • Shape the experience across the workspace and agent-generated applications. • Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, clarity and craft. • Move quickly from ideas to working designs and strengthen what proves useful. • Help shape the early design and product team as Bolter grows.
