Director of Treasury

• Join Moneybox, the award-winning UK wealth management platform, in a newly created senior hybrid role based in London. • Take end-to-end ownership of Treasury strategy, operations and governance. • Use technology and financial products to optimise liquidity and commercial return within risk appetite. • Advise the VP Finance and work directly with the Chief Executive Officers and Chief Operating Officer. • Help set company strategy through steering committees, quarterly planning and management committees. • Coach and develop a high-performing Treasury team. • Visit the London office by the Oxo Tower 2 days a week.

• Hold a professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or ACT. • Show experience strategically deploying significant capital to balance safety with return. • Turn complex datasets into sharp, commercially savvy decisions. • Bring deep familiarity with ICARA, ICAAP or ILAAP frameworks. • Understand CASS compliance and the protection of client assets. • Show a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams. • Stay calm and effective in high-pace environments. • Explain complex financial topics clearly and confidently to C-suite stakeholders. • Put collective company outcomes ahead of personal or functional ambition. • Build trust through radical honesty and welcome healthy debate. • Be based in the UK and work from the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience supporting M&A, funding plans or IPO readiness. • Show experience in treasury for a wealth management or investment platform. • Bring experience implementing treasury technology and automation. • Show experience managing banking and counterparty relationships at scale.

• Own Treasury end to end and oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Use behavioural data to build a liquidity strategy on solid foundations. • Design KPIs and risk frameworks that give the business clarity and confidence. • Drive the Treasury technology strategy to remove manual work. • Build strong relationships with banking partners and counterparties. • Work across functions to deliver operational excellence and commercial results. • Own critical regulatory reporting, including ICARA and MIF. • Turn financial data into insights for senior management on M&A, funding plans and IPO readiness. • Challenge decisions constructively as a key member of the Treasury Management Committee. • Help shape company strategy and champion Moneybox’s culture and values.
