Product Manager - Transfers & Payments

• Join Moneybox’s Core Product Team as Product Manager for Transfers and Payments, working hybrid with 2 days a week in the London office by the Oxo Tower. • Help customers create, manage and execute payments and transfers seamlessly. • Improve the customer experience while keeping operational processes efficient and secure. • Work across new features, journey experiments and the back-end systems behind them. • Report to the Head of Product for Core. • Build payments domain knowledge without needing to be an expert from day one.

• Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally on digital customer experiences. • Show strong customer and product judgement and break down complex problems. • Use data, research and customer insight to make evidence-led decisions. • Bring experience working closely with Engineering and Design on customer-facing products. • Communicate problems, decisions and risks clearly to different audiences. • Show good judgement in regulated or complex environments. • Bring high ownership and curiosity, with a willingness to learn about long-term financial planning. • Hold the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship isn’t available.

• Bring experience in fintech, financial services, wealth, payments or transfers. • Show experience with experimentation, funnel optimisation, behavioural insight or product-led growth. • Bring experience building back-end operational systems or internal tooling. • Show experience working closely with Compliance and Operations teams.

• Own the Payments and Transfers roadmap, linked to customer needs and product strategy. • Identify and prioritise customer problems using data, research and operational insight. • Lead product discovery, exploring needs, solutions, risks and success measures. • Write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics. • Work with Engineering and Design to make trade-offs and deliver high-quality experiences. • Improve how customers set up payments, transfer and contribute. • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Support on compliant, robust changes. • Monitor performance and iterate to improve the experience.
