Production Designer

• Help scale Linear's creative work across web, brand, and marketing as a designer with strong visual taste. • Create polished, high-quality designs across a wide range of surfaces, from landing pages and ad campaigns to sales decks and launch materials. • Bring Linear's visual language to life everywhere people experience the brand. • Pick up any design problem and solve it, caring about how things work as much as how they look, since Linear is a developer tool where speed, interactions, and small details matter. • Communicate Linear's story as part of the Magic Team, the internal creative agency. • Work remotely from anywhere in North American or European time zones.

• Have around 2+ years of experience designing for web, marketing, or brand. • Bring excellent visual, UI, motion, and interactive design skills. • Have an eye for good design, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft. • Create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes across a broad set of design skills.

• Have designed for a developer tool or technical product. • Have worked inside an in-house creative or brand team. • Have built landing pages alongside developers and copywriters. • Have experience with motion design or interactive web prototyping.

• Work with Marketing to design landing pages, ad campaigns, sales decks, and launch materials. • Partner with the Magic Team to extend and scale Linear's visual language across new campaigns and creative surfaces. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to create cohesive marketing experiences across web, social, and brand.
