• Help existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts. • Build a strong foundation of knowledge across Figma's product platform and internal sales processes. • Partner with Support, Order Management, and Marketing on day-to-day work. • Qualify and route inbound prospects to an aligned Account Executive. • Join as a founding member of a new team, shaping how the function's strategy evolves. • Handle customer conversations in French or German alongside English. • Work full time from the London hub.

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma's platform and pricing. • Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, covering added products or licences, new instances, and Enterprise Plan upgrades. • Manage inbound billing requests such as processing renewals and changing payment terms or methods. • Close targeted outbound account renewals. • Qualify and handle inbound sales requests. • Partner with Marketing on proactive campaigns that maximise expansion and retention across all products.
