Solutions Consultant

• Join the Solutions Consulting team, bridging technical expertise with business context so customers see what's possible with the platform. • Support enterprise accounts, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams on consultative strategies that show Figma's value. • Lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design that help customers transform how they build products. • Play a key role in driving revenue and growth as Figma continues to innovate. • Own the customer IT and Security relationship through the deal cycle. • Work full time from the London hub.

• Bring 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting at a SaaS organisation. • Adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. • Prioritise competing customer demands and balance them against the needs of the business. • Position technology presales, establish success criteria, and lead evaluations. • Know the enterprise SaaS ecosystem well. • Communicate excellently across varied audiences and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. • Bring front end development or developer lifecycle experience. • Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Have used or worked with Figma, or bring other UX/UI experience. • Embody Figma's values and thrive in a constantly evolving, growing environment. • Apply even if your experience does not line up perfectly, as Figma hires curious people who grow into the role.

• Paint the vision of the Figma platform and guide customers to its value through product demonstrations and presentations. • Support the Sales team by answering platform questions and showing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery. • Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle, handling security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and identity and enterprise questions. • Collaborate with Product and Support to spot ways to enhance account security through new features, influencing the product roadmap. • Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers with sales and product teams. • Create thoughtful content that delights customers and internal partners. • Work alongside other Figmates to develop your skills and execute daily with a high degree of autonomy.
