📋 Job Requirements
• Have some experience in outbound sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Communicate confidently and clearly in both German and English, with comfort presenting to multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organisation and self-motivation, with discipline to manage a full pipeline and hit consistent activity and conversion targets.
• Be coachable — take feedback well and seek out a team that invests in developing your sales craft.
• Have familiarity with CRM and outreach tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or Gong, or pick up new systems quickly.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own a targeted book of German-speaking mid-market prospects and run outbound sales activity to identify, engage, and convert new business.
• Run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, using the SPICED methodology to qualify opportunities and uncover real customer value.
• Build account plans grounded in a data-driven read of the market, translating them into targeted day-to-day sales activity.
• Work closely with your manager and senior Account Executives to sharpen discovery, pitch, and negotiation skills.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales & Success, Marketing, and Product to keep the customer experience seamless from first conversation through to close.
• Stay close to trends in the DACH mid-market to speak credibly to what's changing in your customers' businesses.
