Account Executive, SMB

• Join Figma’s team of high-performing Account Executives as an SMB AE, based in London. • Focus entirely on winning new customers in a mainly outbound role. • Prospect across your EMEA accounts and build a strong pipeline. • Work closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Community. • Report directly to the SMB Sales Manager, also based in London. • Work hybrid from Figma’s London office.

• Bring SDR or BDR experience in a purely outbound role. • Show experience closing deals as an Account Executive. • Write strong prospecting messages and communicate confidently by phone. • Show a proven track record of success in previous roles. • Bring a competitive, adaptable, ambitious and curious mindset. • Use Salesforce, Outreach and Sales Navigator. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Show a passion for design. • Bring experience selling SaaS to small and medium businesses. • Show experience selling to design, product or engineering teams.

• Focus fully on new customer acquisition through outbound prospecting. • Prioritise your EMEA accounts and build a strong pipeline. • Manage the full deal cycle and exceed targets. • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce. • Develop and share best practices with the team.
