Account Executive, SMB

• Join Figma's team of high-performing Account Executives, focusing 100% on new customer acquisition in a primarily outbound-driven role. • Prioritise regional EMEA accounts, outbound prospect, and build a strong pipeline. • Report directly to the SMB Sales Manager based in London. • This is a hybrid role with working from the London office.

• Have SDR/BDR experience in a pure outbound function. • Have AE closing experience. • Have strong written prospecting and verbal communication skills. • Have a proven track record of success in prior roles. • Have a competitive, adaptable, ambitious, collaborative, and curious mindset. • Have experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.

• Be passionate about design. • Have experience selling to SMB customers across EMEA markets. • Have experience with design or creative industry products.

• Focus 100% on new customer acquisition through primarily outbound prospecting. • Prioritise regional EMEA accounts, outbound prospect, and build a strong pipeline. • Manage a 360 deal cycle and exceed targets. • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce. • Work to develop and circulate best practices in a collaboration-first environment.
