Account Executive, SMB

• Join Figma's team of high performing Account Executives covering small business accounts. • Focus entirely on new customer acquisition in a primarily outbound role. • Prospect and build pipeline across regional EMEA accounts. • Bring an agile, dynamic mindset, embrace change, and work as a genuine team player at a company moving fast. • Work closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community. • Report directly to the SMB Sales Manager, who is also based in London. • Work full time on a hybrid basis from the London office.

• Bring SDR or BDR experience from a pure outbound function. • Have closing experience as an AE. • Prospect strongly in writing and communicate well verbally. • Show a proven track record of success in your previous roles. • Stay competitive, adaptable, ambitious, collaborative, and curious. • Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator confidently. • Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Focus 100% on new customer acquisition through outbound activity. • Prioritise your regional EMEA accounts, prospect outbound, and build a strong pipeline. • Manage a 360 deal cycle and exceed targets. • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce. • Develop and circulate best practices in a collaboration-first environment.
