About the role

💼 What you will do

• Drive the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as Webflow expands across the EMEA region. • Play a pivotal role in launching and scaling Webflow’s presence across Germany and the wider DACH market. • Shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up in a genuinely new territory. • Build a strong outbound pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS cycle from prospect to close. • Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless, consultative experience. • Help scale Webflow’s impact internationally through creative solutions and accelerated business growth. • Work from the London office three days per week in a hybrid pattern, reporting to the Director, EMEA Sales. • Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites. • Join a newly created permanent position, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the role is filled.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting. • Work lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation with confidence. • Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and levels of technical understanding. • Bring experience of a robust partner ecosystem, navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals. • Hold a BS or BA degree, or equivalent relevant experience. • Speak and write German fluently at an advanced level. • Travel up to 25% across onboarding, industry events, and offsites. • Hold a valid right to work in the United Kingdom. • Work from the London office three days per week.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Tailor your messaging confidently to any audience, from individual contributors through to C-level executives. • Bring deep experience of working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing. • Approach customer challenges consultatively, staying focused on solutions rather than features. • Navigate ambiguity comfortably and influence cross-functional teams while a new regional presence takes shape. • Expand your knowledge of emerging technologies like AI to drive creativity and accelerate progress. • Stay curious and open to growth as the EMEA team and market evolve.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and refine the ideal customer profile, primarily across Germany and Central Europe. • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view, and close collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing. • Articulate and champion Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation, tailoring the message to EMEA audiences and market dynamics. • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to run a value-driven sales process. • Generate momentum in the EMEA partner ecosystem, which underpins strong pre-sales and post-sales experiences. • Keep communication clear and consistent across multiple stakeholders to maintain momentum and reduce friction through the cycle. • Share feedback from the field, help define best practices, and contribute to the foundation and culture of Webflow’s EMEA team.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Despite their low Trustpilot rating, we actually love using Webflows products and are convinced they are a great place to work at. We love how they have democratised web development, enabling anyone to build beautiful, professional websites without writing code. Founded in 2013, Webflow is now valued at $4 billion and serves over 200,000 customers across 190 countries. What stands out to us is their genuine remote-first culture: the team is distributed, communication is async-first, and employees report healthy restrictions around working hours. Employees consistently describe the team as collaborative, low-ego, and highly autonomous. Founder Vlad Magdalin stepped into the Chief Innovation Officer role, while experienced executive Linda Tong took over as CEO, signalling a company that is maturing while remaining focused on innovation. If you want to help shape the future of the web while working with talented people in a flexible, people-centred environment, Webflow gives you that opportunity.

💖 What makes Webflow unique

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organisations build, manage, and optimise high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow takes grit, because the team moves fast without ever sacrificing craft or quality. The company is currently establishing its EMEA presence, with Germany and the DACH market a key part of that expansion. Its core behaviours centre on building lasting customer trust, winning together as one team, reinventing rather than just improving, and owning work all the way through to the outcome.
