Partner Manager, EMEA

• Build, accelerate, and scale Monte Carlo’s partner ecosystem across EMEA at a pivotal stage of its global growth. • Act as the in-region lead for strategic relationships with cloud providers, system integrators, and data consulting partners. • Enable those partners to position, sell, and deliver Monte Carlo’s Data Observability platform successfully. • Serve as the connective tissue between Monte Carlo’s field teams and the wider ecosystem. • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and expand co-sell motions with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, system integrators, and data catalog partners. • Strengthen Monte Carlo’s presence in key EMEA markets through a highly strategic, outward-facing role. • Work remotely, with the role based out of London and sitting within Sales, Partnerships & Alliances.

• Bring a strong track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems and turning alliances into measurable revenue. • Bring solid experience of working with cloud platforms, system integrators, or data consultancies across EMEA. • Understand regional market dynamics and tailor ecosystem GTM motions for local relevance. • Develop and manage executive-level relationships across cloud and SI partner teams. • Recruit, onboard, and enable partners so they generate both partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. • Design and execute joint GTM plays with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and the broader analytics ecosystem. • Run field events, co-marketing programmes, and campaigns that generate strong pipeline. • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build scalable programmes with strong GTM acumen.
