💼 What you will do

• Join Monte Carlo, the agent trust platform for data and AI observability, as a Strategic Account Executive. • Win new Global 2000 logos and help build the upmarket sales playbook. • Sell to large enterprises such as Pepsi, Fox, General Mills and Amgen. • Join one of the fastest-growing sales teams, set to quadruple over the next few years. • Report directly to the EMEA Sales Leader. • Work remotely, ideally visiting the London office 1–2 days a week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of SaaS experience, including 5+ years in closing roles. • Show experience selling to Global 2000 companies and the C-suite. • Bring a track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment. • Show experience selling complex, technical products to data and engineering teams. • Bring experience in at least two of outbound, category creation and build-vs-buy selling. • Show a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure cloud software deals. • Use target account selling, solution selling or consultative sales techniques. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring experience with consumption-based pricing models. • Know MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies. • Show experience selling data observability, data infrastructure or analytics tools. • Bring existing relationships with data leaders at large UK enterprises.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build and run consultative sales strategies that generate pipeline and predictable bookings. • Prospect into CTOs and data leaders with account-based marketing support. • Lead discovery to gather Business Value Assessment inputs. • Co-own and present Business Value Assessments to prospects. • Own executive buyer relationships and define business outcomes for large enterprises. • Collaborate with sales engineering, marketing, partnerships and customers. • Research and generate new opportunities to build a strong pipeline. • Share learnings with sales, marketing, product and engineering.
