📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 7+ years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management.
• Spend at least three of those years working specifically as a payroll implementation specialist.
• Understand, define, and document deliverables including requirements specifications, gap analysis, use case scenarios, acceptance testing, process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Bring a strong understanding of implementation cycles for both internally and externally managed initiatives.
• Establish and meet work schedules within limited time frames and under tight deadlines.
