• Bring proven experience in Agile project management, with methodologies you have successfully implemented.

• Optimise team flow, clear blockers, and build agile capability within the team.
• Lead continual planning that extends past product delivery into post-launch support and benefits realisation.
• Spot and fix issues in team dynamics, give effective feedback, and connect day-to-day work back to the product vision.
• Contribute across the different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and the Product Lead on continuous improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer, supporting their development alongside delivery.
• Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keep them engaged throughout.
