GTM Enablement Specialist

• Join 9fin, the AI platform powering global debt markets, in a full-time hybrid role in London. • Build 9fin’s sales enablement function from the ground up. • Create the playbooks, onboarding programmes and training frameworks that scale the commercial team. • Train SDRs, AEs and sales leaders on methodology, product knowledge and the sales tech stack. • Lead change management as new programmes and tools roll out across a fast-growing global team. • Build the career progression model across new business, account management and customer success.

• Bring direct sales experience, whether as a former SDR manager, closing AE or current enablement specialist. • Show that you have carried a quota or coached a team that has. • Bring fintech or capital markets experience, or a strong track record in an adjacent complex B2B space. • Show hands-on experience building something from scratch and writing the playbook yourself. • Speak fluently about sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, MEDDIC and BANT. • Train reps and leaders on applying those methodologies. • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Granola day to day to scale your own output. • Show experience leading change management, including the obstacles you hit and how you drove adoption. • Build strong relationships across a sales organisation so reps genuinely engage. • Commute to the London office on a hybrid basis.

• Bring experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, Gong or Apollo. • Show experience designing persona-based training for distinct customer segments. • Bring experience building 30/60/90 day onboarding plans. • Show experience partnering with product teams on enablement content.

• Build the sales enablement function from scratch, including playbooks and training frameworks. • Design and deliver structured 30/60/90 day onboarding plans for SDRs, AEs and sales leaders. • Run trainings on sales methodologies, calling and email outreach fundamentals, and deal strategy. • Partner with product to embed product knowledge into training, knowledge checks and content. • Develop persona-based training for banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms and advisors. • Train the team on the sales tech stack and the AI toolkit. • Document sales processes and lead change management as new tools roll out. • Build a career progression model and enablement pathway across the commercial org.
