• Give Supabase’s global partner strategies a real presence across EMEA.

• Combine new partner development with activation of partnerships that already exist globally.
• Report to the Head of Partnerships and work alongside global function leads and EMEA colleagues.

📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 5–10 years in partnerships, business development or channel roles.
• Show direct experience onboarding and running partnerships within EMEA.
• Operate across multiple partner motions without a single specialist playbook.
• Bring experience building a regional function in a company previously concentrated elsewhere.
• Apply strong commercial judgement across varied partner types.
• Work independently across a significant time zone gap from the core team.
• Bring a background in developer tools, databases or infrastructure software.
• Bring an established senior-level network of EMEA partner connections you can activate quickly.
• Communicate fluently in English, including making the case when regional realities diverge from global strategy.
• Travel to partner and developer events across the region.

• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all functions.
• Localise and activate globally sourced partnerships for the EMEA market.
• Handle regional enablement, co-selling, co-marketing and commercial terms where needed.
• Make sure existing partner programs and benefits translate correctly for EMEA customers and startups.
• Work with each sub-function lead to turn global strategy into regional execution.
• Flag where global partnership strategy does not fit EMEA conditions, and adapt it with function leads.
• Represent Supabase at EMEA partner and developer events.
