Global Account Manager

• Manage affiliate campaigns for some of Awin's most demanding and interesting global retail clients, leading global affiliate strategy across all territories. • Act as the main point of contact for global strategic coordination and alignment, working as part of a global client services team across all Awin territories. • Join a four-day Flexi-Week company with a workplace nursery benefit and comprehensive hybrid working flexibility.

• Bring approximately 2 years of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role. • Possess strong, professional communication skills both verbal and written in English. • Demonstrate understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and how it fits within the wider online marketing mix. • Handle and escalate issues effectively within assigned accounts. • Show a proven track record of successful client and team relationship building with strong networking skills. • Present commercial content confidently to internal and external groups. • Maintain an approachable, unflappable manner with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Self-motivate and work to optimise assigned accounts without day-to-day guidance.

• Bring experience managing affiliate programmes across multiple countries or territories. • Have experience working with global retail brands or enterprise-level clients. • Show experience coordinating cross-territory teams to deliver aligned strategy and service. • Demonstrate experience training clients on affiliate programme operations. • Hold experience building partnerships with key affiliate publishers at a global level. • Have experience delegating work to and collaborating with account executives or junior team members.

• Manage and optimise assigned accounts to fulfil customer needs and implement affiliate marketing concepts. • Lead on global affiliate strategy across all territories for assigned global clients. • Act as an extension of the client's team, bringing innovative ideas and strategic direction. • Build close partnerships with key global affiliates, ensuring service is replicated and aligned in each territory. • Coordinate with Awin Account Managers across territories to execute globally aligned strategy and maintain a high level of service. • Manage affiliate relationships necessary for the successful management of assigned programmes. • Produce regular and bespoke reports on assigned programmes and all necessary account management documentation. • Ensure good account management practices are delivered effectively and share best practice and knowledge across all markets. • Attend appropriate client and networking events to enhance relationship development. • Train clients in the operation of affiliate programmes in preparation for launch support handovers.
