Affiliate Marketing Account Manager

• Bring up to 1+ years of account management experience in a relevant digital marketing or affiliate marketing role. • Be enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about digital. • Be numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office packages including MS Excel. • See the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk. • Show a proven track record of successful client and team relationship building with strong networking skills. • Seek ownership and readily accept accountability. • Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. • Communicate confidently and excellently with keen attention to detail. • Be competent creating forecasts and justifying the rationale.

• Bring specific experience in affiliate marketing rather than broader digital marketing. • Have experience working with content publishers, influencers, or editorial partnerships in an upper-funnel context. • Show experience producing competitor benchmarks and proactively advising on industry trends. • Demonstrate experience with affiliate tracking technology and campaign optimisation. • Hold experience recruiting new publisher opportunities for advertisers. • Have experience presenting confidently to external clients on performance and strategy topics.

• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and publishers. • Be the internal owner of all assigned partners, fully informed and able to provide information when required for the client. • Generate reports and provide analysis on performance with accurate, insightful commentary aimed at improving activity. • Take ownership of and streamline processes. • Conduct regular client calls and be reactive and supportive of client goals. • Initiate and implement ideas to grow affiliate activities in line with client needs and assist in creating quarterly and yearly strategies. • Produce competitor benchmarks for clients while proactively advising on industry trends and identifying opportunities. • Optimise existing publisher relationships and recruit new publisher opportunities for advertisers within upper funnel. • Present confidently both internally and externally on a range of topics. • Ensure clients are up to date with all technology and tracking optimisations and that campaigns make the best use of these.
