Affiliate Marketing Account Manager

• Join Awin’s Key Account Management team in London, helping lead the affiliate programme for key brands on the platform. • Act as the day-to-day point of contact on the Awin network, advising on affiliate marketing best practices. • Focus on upper-funnel activity, including content publishers, influencers, and editorial partnerships. • Develop, activate, and nurture relationships with key partners. • Deliver insight-led recommendations that optimise programme performance and grow affiliate revenue. • Spend three days a week in the London office, meeting clients or attending industry events. • Work a four-day Flexi-Week at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.

• Bring up to 1+ years of account management experience in a relevant performance or affiliate marketing role. • Stay enthusiastic, committed, and passionate about digital. • Work numerately with a good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel. • See the bigger picture and identify areas of opportunity and risk. • Show a proven track record of building client and team relationships, with strong networking skills. • Seek ownership and readily accept accountability. • Manage your time and workflow well to meet deadlines. • Communicate confidently with keen attention to detail. • Create forecasts and justify the rationale behind them. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

• Bring experience working with content publishers, influencers, or editorial partners. • Bring experience producing competitor benchmarks or market trend analysis. • Bring familiarity with affiliate tracking technology and campaign optimisation. • Bring experience presenting to external client audiences.

• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and publishers. • Own all assigned partners internally and stay informed enough to brief the client at any time. • Generate performance reports with accurate, insightful commentary that improves activity. • Take ownership of processes and streamline them. • Run regular client calls and respond quickly to client goals. • Initiate ideas that grow affiliate activity and help build quarterly and yearly strategies. • Produce competitor benchmarks and advise proactively on industry trends and opportunities. • Optimise existing publisher relationships and recruit new upper-funnel publisher opportunities. • Present confidently on a range of topics, both internally and externally. • Keep yourself and your clients up to date with tracking and technology optimisations.
