• Bring previous experience managing affiliate programmes for medium to large enterprises. • Hold a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, publisher models, and performance marketing channels. • Demonstrate proven experience managing client relationships and delivering commercial or performance-based recommendations. • Analyse performance data comfortably and turn insights into actionable growth strategies. • Communicate strongly in verbal and written form with the ability to build credibility with clients. • Present confidently with experience leading client meetings and performance discussions. • Be commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation. • Show strong Excel and data analysis capabilities with proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite. • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously with excellent time management and organisation.

• Bring experience advising on commissioning models, promotional activity, and programme optimisation strategy. • Have experience delivering strategic business reviews and translating performance data into commercial opportunities. • Show experience leading client workshops and strategy discussions at a senior stakeholder level. • Demonstrate experience using CRM and reporting platforms in an affiliate or performance marketing context. • Hold experience analysing competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic recommendations. • Have contributed to departmental projects, process improvements, or strategic initiatives in a consultancy or account management setting.
