📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 8+ years in professional services, consulting or SaaS implementation.
• Show 2+ years leading large-scale, billable services portfolios and teams.
• Know project management frameworks such as PMP, Agile or ITIL.
• Bring experience scoping and delivering custom statements of work.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Show experience managing a P&L and driving financial KPIs.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders at every level.
• Know EMEA regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act as they apply to enterprise AI and data residency.
• Be based in the UK and travel up to 15%.

• Track metrics such as time to first adoption, cycle times and completion rates, and act on at-risk engagements.
• Keep playbooks and enablement materials current as the product changes.
• Onboard new hires and refine methodology with senior architects.
• Prioritise customer engagements with account teams, CSMs and sales leadership.
• Turn field patterns into structured feedback that shapes the Rovo roadmap.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums and showcase customer successes.
