Customer Success Architect (AI)

• Join Atlassian as a Customer Success Architect focused on Rovo, its AI platform, working remotely from the UK. • Take enterprise customers from simply turning Rovo on to measurable business value in production. • Run time-boxed, co-built technical engagements with customer teams. • Discover AI use cases, build custom Rovo agents and deploy working solutions into real workflows. • Work as a hands-on technical expert in an individual contributor role, reporting to a regional leader. • Travel up to 15% for events and customer meetings.

• Bring 3–5 years in customer success or account management with enterprise SaaS customers. • Show experience with AI platforms, the Atlassian ecosystem and technical product demos. • Have familiarity with building AI agents, prompt engineering and configuring AI integrations. • Bring hands-on experience helping organisations adopt AI tools in production. • Know enterprise workflows across product development, IT service management or business operations. • Understand how AI agents can improve incident response, backlog management and knowledge discovery. • Own problems end-to-end, from discovery to deployment, with a strong product mindset. • Explain AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Prototype quickly while still delivering durable solutions. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring hands-on experience with Rovo, Rovo Studio or Atlassian Intelligence. • Know third-party connectors such as Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack and GitHub. • Show experience running discovery workshops with enterprise teams. • Bring experience showcasing customer success stories to peers.

• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify high-impact AI opportunities in customer workflows. • Co-build custom Rovo agents and configure third-party connectors alongside customer teams. • Design solutions using Jira, Confluence and Rovo Studio. • Guide customers from sandbox to production and validate that agents and connectors perform. • Enable teams to iterate and scale independently after each engagement. • Plan activation journeys with account teams and customer success managers. • Surface product friction and field patterns to Rovo product, engineering and AI teams. • Help strong promoters share their successes with peers.
