📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 8+ years of B2B sales in nonprofit technology, EdTech or social impact, ideally in EMEA SaaS.
• Show a track record of closing complex deals with nonprofits, INGOs, foundations or educational institutions.
• Bring experience building and scaling sales teams across time zones and cultures.
• Understand nonprofit or education operations, such as INGO structures, foundation giving or UK charity dynamics.
• Engage trustees, executive directors, programme officers and procurement committees effectively.
• Know GDPR and UK data protection and address concerns about AI ethics.
• Exceed revenue targets while working autonomously.
• Speak English fluently.
• Travel up to 30% within EMEA and quarterly to San Francisco.

• Build consensus across INGO leaders, foundation officers, trustees and IT teams.
• Develop relationships with networks such as Bond, NCVO and the European Foundation Centre.
• Feed regional needs such as data sovereignty and language support into the product roadmap.
• Refine the EMEA sales methodology through playbooks and best practices.
• Keep all sales activity compliant with GDPR and UK GDPR.
• Partner with San Francisco teams while operating with regional autonomy.
