💼 What you will do

• Join Anthropic’s Marketing Events team as International Events Manager, based in London. • Own the execution of events across fast-growing international markets. • Deliver flagship programmes, brand activations, executive dinners, roundtables and customer summits. • Drive pipeline, deepen customer relationships and build Anthropic’s brand abroad. • Help build the systems and playbooks that let the international events programme scale. • Earn £125,000, working from the London office at least 25% of the time.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 8+ years of B2B event marketing experience at a high-growth technology company. • Show experience running brand, technical or innovation events across EMEA and/or APAC. • Show a track record of multi-country event programmes with measurable pipeline and revenue results. • Bring a strong portfolio of brand events that turn company values into memorable experiences. • Show experience activating at premium third-party events, high-end venues, sporting and cultural events. • Manage multiple complex events at once, often in different markets. • Manage budgets and vendors, including local suppliers and multiple currencies. • Adapt events for different markets with strong cultural awareness. • Measure and report on event success with strong data skills. • Travel around 30% of the time across EMEA and APAC.

• Bring experience with event platforms such as Splash or Cvent. • Understand the enterprise buying cycle from working with enterprise sales teams. • Show experience working with creative teams and agencies on event identities and spatial design. • Bring experience managing or mentoring team members. • Show a genuine interest in AI and its safe development.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver international events that meet brand, sales and pipeline goals. • Manage a multi-country portfolio of hosted events, brand activations, conferences and cultural moments. • Adapt global event programmes for local markets. • Work with Creative on event identities, spatial design and experiential elements. • Oversee budgets, vendor relationships and contract negotiations for strong ROI. • Align event messaging with Product Marketing, Policy and Communications. • Build frameworks such as speaker briefings, Know Before You Go documents and post-event reports. • Lead on-site as the primary contact for live event operations. • Experiment with new event formats that set Anthropic apart.
