Finance & Strategy GTM, EMEA

• Join Anthropic’s EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team as a Finance Business Partner in London. • Act as a key financial partner to the EMEA go-to-market teams. • Guide strategic decisions on revenue goals, sales capacity, deal desk and marketing spend. • Build models and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions. • Align go-to-market strategy with Anthropic’s wider financial plans. • Earn £240,000, working from the London office at least 25% of the time.

• Bring 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking or a related field. • Show experience supporting or building finance functions in international or EMEA markets. • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and build robust financial models. • Present financial information confidently to non-finance audiences, including senior leaders. • Bring experience with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning in a high-growth environment. • Know multi-entity, multi-currency environments and EMEA statutory considerations. • Drive outcomes under tight timelines with a bias towards action. • Feel passionate about building safe, transformative AI. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education, training and experience.

• Bring experience partnering with sales or go-to-market teams in a SaaS or AI company. • Show experience supporting deal desk and pricing decisions. • Bring experience modelling sales capacity and marketing ROI. • Hold a professional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA.

• Advise go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategy, investments and resource allocation. • Build financial models and recommend decisions on revenue goals, sales capacity and strategic initiatives. • Support deal desk decisions and track marketing spend returns. • Deliver clear financial reports, analyses and forecasts that highlight trends, risks and opportunities. • Present insights to stakeholders and executives. • Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A and accounting to align GTM with wider financial strategy.
