Anaplan Support Analyst

• Drive the success of Monzo's Anaplan platform and support the broader Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence. • Work directly alongside the Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders, and the FP&A team. • Act as the engine powering daily operations, managing change requests and facilitating user training. • Get hands-on with model building activities that enhance the financial planning ecosystem. • Work from London, Cardiff, or distributed within the UK, with occasional visits to the London office.

• Bring hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces and models. • Show a proven track record handling change requests, user support tickets, and system enhancements within a Centre of Excellence or support structure. • Understand Anaplan model architecture and formula building well enough to assist in active model development. • Communicate and facilitate strongly, with a passion for training and empowering non-technical users. • Bring a solid foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows. • Work comfortably with AI tools, including writing effective prompts, and stay curious about how AI can improve processes.

• Hold an Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent, which Monzo describes as highly desirable. • Bring banking or financial services experience, though Monzo will consider candidates from non-financial industries. • Have designed training documentation as well as delivering sessions. • Have monitored model performance and managed user access at scale. • Use a preferred name to apply, as Monzo does not need full or birth names at application stage.

• Manage, triage, and deliver end-to-end change requests across the Anaplan models to keep business operations running smoothly. • Collaborate with the Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders to build, test, and implement new functionality and enhancements. • Design and deliver engaging training sessions and documentation that upskill end-users across FP&A and Finance Business Partner teams. • Maintain data integrity and manage user access across the models. • Monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
