UX Copywriter

• Join Zilch, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, in a hybrid role in its London copy team. • Bring the Zilch brand to life across every digital customer touchpoint. • Partner with Product Design to create clear, intuitive experiences across the app and website. • Work with product designers, product managers and engineers from discovery through to launch. • Support Marketing, Customer Support and Operations with SEO content, help articles and launch copy. • Create experiences that feel simple, human and unmistakably Zilch.

• Bring experience writing content for digital products as a UX Writer, Content Designer or Copywriter. • Use words to solve problems and remove friction for customers. • Switch comfortably between product thinking and brand thinking. • Ask the right questions and get to the root of a problem before writing. • Care about craft and rewrite until the copy feels just right. • Apply a brand tone of voice consistently across customer communications. • Collaborate naturally with designers, product managers, marketers and developers. • Work comfortably in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve. • Use Figma confidently. • Work from the London office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Bring experience writing for SEO. • Show experience writing in a regulated industry. • Bring experience using customer insight and testing to improve content. • Show a strong understanding of accessibility best practice in UX writing.

• Partner with Product Design to write clear, engaging copy for new features and end-to-end customer journeys. • Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers from discovery through to launch. • Write and optimise help articles, FAQs, SEO content and operational communications. • Balance customer needs, business goals and regulatory requirements in clear, compliant content. • Use customer insight, data and testing to improve content and journeys. • Champion accessibility, consistency and best practice in UX writing and content design. • Support product launches, campaigns and new initiatives with copy when needed.
