Strategic Partnership Manager, Global Fleet Operation

• Join Wayve’s Fleet Operations Partnerships team as Strategic Partnership Manager, working hybrid from London. • Take global ownership of the partner network behind Wayve’s fleet operations across the UK, Germany, Japan and the US. • Own partner relationships, commercial terms and performance standards, and decide who Wayve works with next. • Build the operating model and playbook that let the partner network scale. • Act as the fleet operations partnership expert supporting Wayve’s growing Robotaxi teams. • Bring structure to a fast-moving network that has outgrown its operating model.

• Bring a proven track record of managing strategic partnerships or outsourced vendor relationships end to end. • Take clear commercial accountability for partnership outcomes. • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, and hold partners to KPIs or SLAs when performance slips. • Bring operational depth from managing partners who deliver a frontline workforce, covering hiring ramp, training, utilisation and quality. • Work comfortably across multiple markets, time zones and cultures. • Bring structure and momentum to fast-moving, ambiguous situations. • Work through operations leaders as a credible internal partner rather than around them.

• Bring 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, vendor or outsourcing management, mobility or operations. • Show experience in mobility, autonomy, logistics or another highly operational or regulated industry. • Bring experience managing partners in Germany, Japan and/or the US. • Show experience building a partnership operating model or playbook from scratch.

• Own end-to-end relationships with fleet operations partners across the UK, Germany, Japan and the US. • Build trust with partner leadership, navigate disagreements and lead major partner changes. • Act as the primary link between regional Fleet Operations leads and partners to resolve performance and capacity issues. • Own contract negotiations, commercial terms, renewals and contractual compliance. • Lead recurring partner reviews covering hiring, training, KPIs and operations. • Scan the market, evaluate new partners and bring proposals to leadership for decision. • Lead partner onboarding, transitions and offboarding while keeping operations running smoothly. • Build the global playbook and performance framework for fleet operations partnerships. • Provide partnership and commercial support to Robotaxi operations teams as services scale.
