Senior Creative Operations Manager

• Join Starling Bank as Senior Creative Operations Manager for its in-house Creative Studio, based in London. • Manage creative workflows, project schedules and operational processes across all channels. • Make sure every project has a clear brief, the right resources and a realistic timeline. • Implement a new workflow management platform and bring practical AI tools into daily work. • Report to the Head of Integrated Brand and Production. • Work hybrid, Monday to Friday, with at least 10 days a month in the London office.

• Bring at least 5 years in creative operations within an in-house studio, agency or production environment. • Understand end-to-end creative and production processes. • Show a track record of running operations across multiple creative projects and teams. • Manage project timelines, budgets and dependencies confidently. • Use AI software hands-on to improve workflow efficiency. • Work with workflow platforms such as Jira or Monday.com. • Bring experience working with senior stakeholders in structured or regulated environments. • Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment. • Work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with at least 10 office days a month.

• Bring experience in a financial services or other regulated brand. • Show experience setting up or migrating to a new workflow management platform. • Bring experience managing production budgets for campaigns. • Show experience in a creative agency as well as an in-house studio.

• Oversee creative operations end to end, from brief intake and setup to quality checks and delivery. • Lead brief assessment meetings with production and executive creative directors. • Implement a new workflow platform and integrate AI tools to boost efficiency. • Track team capacity, workload and resourcing. • Enforce deadlines, secure approvals on time and resolve delivery issues. • Collaborate with producers, creatives, channel owners and brand teams. • Prioritise high-impact work when demand is high. • Turn briefs into project plans, schedules and resourcing models with clear status updates.
