AI Product Operations Lead

• Join Typeform’s Product Operations team in a fully remote role open to candidates in the UK and selected European countries. • Build and operate the internal AI Operations capability for R&D. • Turn ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable, widely adopted solutions in a hands-on role. • Own the connective layer between AI strategy and day-to-day execution across R&D. • Decide whether a prompt, automation, integration, agent, or internal app is the right answer to each problem. • Stay accountable for how AI systems perform after launch, not just for building them. • Report to the VP of Product Operations and work with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, and InfoSec.

• Bring strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems and building solutions people actually use. • Show a track record of taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption, and ongoing improvement. • Apply excellent systems thinking across people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions, and technical constraints. • Uncover the real job to be done through strong user and workflow discovery, simplifying solutions where possible. • Bring hands-on technical fluency building, modifying, and troubleshooting workflows, automations, agents, or applications. • Use modern development practices and tools such as GitHub, pull requests, basic hosting, deployment, and logging. • Manage work independently by prioritising a backlog, handling dependencies and risks, and documenting decisions. • Take a strong approach to evaluation and reliability, defining what good looks like and improving systems after launch. • Work effectively across technical and non-technical teams without needing close day-to-day direction. • Apply good judgement around responsible AI, security, access, and governance. • Be based in the UK or one of the eligible European countries.

• Bring hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Glean or Claude. • Bring experience building or supporting autonomous agents across the product development lifecycle. • Bring experience running AI governance or enablement programmes. • Bring experience tracking AI tool usage, spend, and value alongside Finance teams. • Bring a background in Product Operations or R&D operations.

• Build and maintain a prioritised backlog of AI opportunities across R&D. • Take problems from discovery to delivery, covering workflow research, solution design, implementation, testing, launch, and improvement. • Design simple, AI-native solutions that fit naturally into how people work. • Help R&D get more value from Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, connectors, enablement, and support. • Own the lifecycle of AI systems in your portfolio, including automations, skills, agents, and internal web apps. • Establish practical approaches to evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance. • Partner with R&D teams to uncover needs, unblock delivery, clarify ownership, and involve the right experts. • Run and evolve R&D AI governance and enablement, giving leaders visibility into work, risks, adoption, and outcomes. • Contribute to Typeform’s broader AI governance efforts on behalf of R&D. • Work with Finance to improve visibility into AI tool usage, spend, and value. • Explore and support autonomous agents that improve planning, discovery, design, building, and evaluation.
