CRM Specialist

• Execute Tripadvisor communications with members via commerce streams, member newsletters, and content collection communications reaching tens of millions of people in many languages across the globe. • Produce and send 3–5 email campaigns each week alongside app push notifications and site banners/interstitials within marketing automation platforms. • Work remotely from the UK at the world's most trusted source for travel and experiences.

• Bring 2+ years of email production experience in a corporate setting with a strong focus on B2C. • Show meticulous attention to detail with a clear, methodological approach to problem-solving. • Have experience working in a CRM role in a high-energy online environment. • Multi-task comfortably in a fast-paced environment, managing large cross-functional projects and numerous weekly launches. • Communicate strongly with the ability to engage with senior leaders and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrate ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work.

• Have experience building campaigns in the customer engagement platform Braze. • Bring experience working within marketing automation platforms to produce audiences, campaign logic, and templates from technical specifications. • Show experience with multi-language email production and translation coordination. • Demonstrate experience with QA processes for email campaigns including bug-catching and peer review. • Hold experience with app push notification and site banner/interstitial production. • Have experience reporting on email analytics and communicating project status.
