About the role

💼 What you will do

• Lead positioning and launches for Synthesia's core product — the studio and video creation experience that powers how customers create, customise, and deploy enterprise video at scale. • Own some of Synthesia's most important product launches in a high-visibility area that touches every part of the core platform. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to bring flagship launches to market. • Work hybrid from Synthesia's London office, with significant room to grow as the Product Marketing function scales.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 8+ years in B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in product marketing at B2B companies. • Write well — positioning, messaging, one-pagers, and decks — with a point of view you can defend. • Understand the sales cycle, know what sales needs to close deals, and have built enablement tools people actually use. • Ship at 60–70% — know the difference between perfect and useful, hand off for refinement, and keep moving. • Move with the product — stay focused as priorities shift and markets move. • Have real launches under your belt that drove sales velocity, customer adoption, or expansion. • Want full ownership — blank slate, you make the call, you move and adjust based on what works.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have multi-product experience across different B2B SaaS product lines. • Bring experience with AI or video product positioning and go-to-market strategy. • Have hands-on experience with competitive intelligence frameworks and differentiation strategies. • Bring experience collaborating on product strategy including launch readiness, pricing, and packaging decisions. • Have prior experience building a product narrative arc that ties individual launches into a cohesive platform story.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead core product launches — own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for the studio and video creation experience, partnering with Product to bring new capabilities to market. • Build the product narrative — develop the overarching story about what the studio enables, translating individual launches into a cohesive arc about Synthesia's evolution. • Drive adoption and enablement — create campaigns, assets, and sales collateral that move customers from awareness to active usage, owning sales enablement so the team closes deals faster. • Own competitive positioning — work with competitive intelligence to develop frameworks showing how Synthesia's studio differentiates from alternatives. • Collaborate on product strategy — bring GTM perspective into Product decisions around launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and roadmap prioritisation. • Gather and apply customer intelligence — partner with the dedicated market intelligence team to inform positioning and surface opportunities back to product.
