• Bring experience in inside sales or telesales within a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Bring experience in project management and stakeholder management, working well in a team.
• Lead people with motivation and an excellent understanding of scale-up dynamics and of coaching a sales team.
• Work with KPIs to measure results, manage risk, and implement strategies.
• Communicate clearly, putting ideas into practice and defining tangible goals easily.
