About the role

💼 What you will do

• Play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go UK and Ireland and the fight against food waste. • Fully own the relationship with some of the UK’s most exciting brands and a diverse portfolio of Irish partners. • Drive the growth and optimisation of existing Key Account partnerships, increasing active stores across each partner’s portfolio and saving more food from being wasted. • Strengthen and grow relationships by building rapport with key stakeholders across a partner’s business. • Engage those groups with the Too Good To Go mission and aid further expansion. • Report to the Key Accounts Lead while collaborating with the Key Account Store Operations Team, Marketing, and colleagues across global commercial functions. • Work hybrid from the London office, at home, or abroad.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring strong Key Account Management experience, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and deepen relationships. • Show a proven track record achieving business growth with existing accounts and creating urgency within long sales cycles. • Bring excellent commercial acumen. • Communicate masterfully, knowing when to speak, how to listen, and how to engage a whole room and keep their attention. • Bring data analysis and MS Excel skills to turn raw data into performance reports and projections that identify trends, opportunities, and issues. • Create and deliver impactful presentations that use data-driven insights to engage partners with their food waste mission. • Bring a passion for the mission and for raising awareness of food waste and sustainability. • Bring strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently. • Submit your CV and cover letter in English through the Too Good To Go platform, as applications by email or LinkedIn are not accepted.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of large national chains autonomously, keeping relationships strong and business KPIs on track. • Collaborate with a dedicated account pod including Store Operations Managers and Specialists to develop account growth strategies and create tailored, joint business plans. • Work with partners to increase store coverage and the overall number of bags supplied and saved. • Understand wider company strategy and ongoing product development to support and accelerate partner opportunities. • Work with the Store Operations Manager to identify opportunities and create action plans with head office that improve food waste reduction, and scale process improvements. • Build reports to track performance and identify trends, and create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals. • Embed the importance of food waste reduction with partners to reinforce Too Good To Go’s credibility as a strategic partner. • Search independently for new opportunities, learning businesses in depth, mapping stakeholders, and understanding their decision-making process. • Be the internal voice for your partners, working with Operations, ESG, and Marketing to maximise joint growth opportunities. • Work with partners to land new store expansion opportunities and waste reduction initiatives, including building, scheduling, and leading training along an agreed critical path.
