📋 Job Requirements
• Have experience in senior logistics or fulfilment leadership, ideally in e-commerce, food delivery, meal kits, retail, or food/CPG supply chain.
• Have proven experience building and managing multi-country logistics operations with multiple 3PLs and carrier partners.
• Have a strong track record in warehouse process design and optimisation including pick/pack, repack/kitting, layout, and capacity planning.
• Have strong analytical capability across KPIs, dashboards, and root-cause problem solving, and planning discipline across S&OP, capacity, and inventory.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to align teams, challenge constructively, and drive decisions.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own and optimise the full Parcels logistics value chain: inbound to warehouse, repack/kitting, inventory management, pick/pack, carrier handoff, last-mile delivery, and returns/claims.
• Architect and execute a logistics and fulfilment strategy that supports cost efficiency, service quality, and international growth.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard 3PLs, fulfilment partners, and data/visibility providers, negotiating commercial and legal terms and ensuring strong governance.
• Define and implement operational standards with partners including facility/site design, process flows, repack specifications, SOPs, WMS/data integration, ERP migrations, and capacity planning.
• Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, owning partner performance against SLAs and driving corrective action.
• Be an active driver of the monthly S&OP cadence, connecting and challenging demand forecasts, supply planning, capacity, and operational constraints.
• Partner closely with Commercial and Supply Planning to maintain healthy inventory, reducing obsolescence, shrink, and write-offs.
• Build dashboards and operating rhythms that create transparency and decision speed across markets.
• Lead and develop a global logistics organisation, setting clear priorities, empowering local leaders, and raising the operational bar across markets.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives such as carrier transitions, new country launches, peak readiness, and system implementation.
