Senior Deal Strategy Specialist

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations or a related field. • Bring 2+ years of experience in order management, deal desk or accounts receivable. • Use Salesforce or an equivalent CPQ system, plus Ironclad and NetSuite. • Understand SaaS business models, ARR, MRR and revenue recognition basics. • Pay exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. • Communicate clearly and collaborate well across functions.

• Bring experience with the quote-to-cash process in a SaaS company. • Know SOX compliance and internal controls. • Use Excel proficiently and know BI or reporting tools. • Bring hands-on CPQ experience.

• Manage the order lifecycle end to end, checking configuration, pricing, discounts and contract terms. • Review contracts and commercial terms to ensure accurate documentation and revenue recognition. • Support AEs and CSMs with quote validation, contract review and deal desk requests. • Streamline order workflows through automation and process improvements. • Work with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product to speed up order closure and delivery. • Run enablement sessions for new Account Executives. • Perform internal audits and quality checks against revenue controls. • Support ad hoc reporting, documentation and cross-functional projects.
