About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Airbnb Hotels, the team leading Airbnb’s expansion into the hotel sector, based in London. • Support the Enterprise Account Management team and a growing global portfolio of hotel groups. • Design and run the processes that onboard, launch and support enterprise hotel partners at scale. • Work in a fast-moving team where processes are still being built and refined. • Help more people discover high-quality hotels while creating value for partners. • Earn £60,000–£70,000, with possible bonus, equity and Employee Travel Credits.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 5+ years in account, partner, sales or customer success operations, or a related role. • Show experience creating, improving or scaling processes and workflows. • Work comfortably in ambiguity where processes are still evolving. • Take ownership, make recommendations and constructively challenge existing approaches. • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively. • Influence without authority across functions. • Manage multiple workstreams with strong project management skills. • Use data to identify problems, opportunities and solutions. • Bring advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence with large datasets. • Communicate clearly in writing and speech.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience with SQL or other data tools. • Show experience in the hotel, travel or hospitality industry. • Bring experience onboarding enterprise partners onto a platform. • Show experience working with global, multi-region partners.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations for enterprise hotel group partners across global markets. • Coordinate and run the onboarding and rollout of new hotel groups and properties. • Build, document and continuously improve operational processes and workflows. • Spot gaps and inefficiencies and proactively recommend solutions. • Manage projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Resolve operational issues with cross-functional teams to improve the partner experience. • Support portfolio-level supply optimisation and platform education. • Use data and reporting to track performance and inform decisions. • Own problems from identification through to resolution.
